Christina

Co-Founder & Co-Director

Dr. Christina Ramos is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Co-Founder and Co-Director of Everything for Our Family, a bilingual counseling practice and training center in Conroe, Texas.
She holds a PhD in Counselor Education from Sam Houston State University and is committed to increasing access to culturally responsive and linguistically affirming mental health care for underserved communities. Dr. Ramos works with adolescents, adults, and families, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and women’s issues. She has extensive experience supporting Spanish-speaking clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, foster youth, migrant families, and asylum seekers. Her clinical approach is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in social justice, emphasizing empowerment, healing, and community-centered care.In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ramos provides supervision to practicum and doctoral-level counseling students and is dedicated to preparing future counselors to practice with cultural responsiveness, ethical integrity, and clinical confidence. Her research and professional presentations focus on bridging theory and practice, offering clinicians practical tools to engage clients with cultural humility, depth, and intention.

Jonathan

Co-Founder & Co-Director

Dr. Jonathan Rea is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Co-Founder and Co-Director of Everything for Our Family, a bilingual counseling practice and training center in Conroe, Texas.
He provides counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families, specializing in trauma, identity development, substance use, and concerns related to shame and LGBTQ+ identity. Dr. Rea has extensive experience working with diverse and marginalized populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and those navigating complex trauma. His clinical approach is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from Jungian and Internal Family Systems (IFS) modalities to support insight, healing, and personal growth.In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Rea provides supervision to practicum and doctoral-level counseling students and is committed to training future counselors in multicultural competence and ethical practice. His research and professional presentations focus on bridging theory and practice, offering clinicians practical tools to engage clients with cultural humility, depth, and compassion.

Lead Clinician, LPC, Doctoral Student

My name is Estrella, and I work with Latinx couples and families, young adults, and men. I specialize in women’s issues, burnout in men, life transitions, and concerns related to suicidal ideation and self-injurious behaviors.
My approach is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and integrates evidence-based interventions that support emotional regulation, identity development, and relational healing. I provide services in Spanish as a bilingual therapist.

Jessica

Lead Clinician (QMHP)

Jessica is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Qualified Mental Health Professional with over five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She provides trauma-informed, strengths-based care grounded in compassion and collaboration.
Trained in TF-CBT, she integrates CBT, humanistic, and solution-focused approaches, along with motivational interviewing and expressive techniques. Jessica works with concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, family conflict, and life transitions, often incorporating play and creative methods.She is committed to culturally responsive care and has experience supporting immigration-related concerns, LGBTQ+ identity, and intergenerational trauma.Jessica is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University (expected May 2027) and completing her Play Therapy Certificate, with additional training in Gottman Level 1, EMDR, and ADHD-focused care. She strives to create a safe, supportive space for clients of all ages.

Deanna

Deanna is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She works with adolescents and families, specializing in trauma, behavioral concerns, family disconnection, and youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
She has over 17 years of experience supporting children and adolescents. Her approach is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative, focusing on building trust, strengthening prosocial skills, and supporting resilience. Deanna is passionate about helping youth process trauma, reconnect with their families, and develop tools for long-term well-being. She also provides supervision to counselors-in-training and is committed to advocating for youth and families from historically marginalized communities.

My name is Ariadna, and I provide counseling services to women, young adults, couples, and children. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns including infidelity, and life transitions.
